Whether at home or the gym, when doing resistance-training or most any of the exercises included your women’s fitness program, it’s best for your protection to use an exercise mat. One of the reasons that I liked this mat is the vinyl cover that makes it easy to wipe clean with soap and water. It’s also mildew-resistant and can be sanitized, unlike foam mats that aren’t covered.
